Come and join us to welcome Steve Grove, who will talk to us about the "24th Prague Fringe Festival", which will take place from the 26th to the 31st of May. Steve, festival founder and director, successfully implemented the idea of launching "Fringe Festival Prague" in 2002. From an audience of only 400 people in the first year, the event now attracts around 6000 attendees each year. Prague Fringe is a six-day performance festival showcasing the work of hundreds of artists from all over the world, at venues across Malá strana; each year around 150 performances of around 40 different shows are on offer, running from late afternoon into the night. After the presentation we will have a very interesting Club Business meeting as Gerry will present and discuss with us, all matters connected with District Grants and Global grants and the way the Club raises funds for the Rotary Foundation, as well as how we use them. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
