Czech inheritance law and estate planning

Our very own member and tax lawyer for White & Case will give us a thorough presentation on Czech inheritance law and estate planning.

It's apparent that most of our members have not written a will and those that have, may or may not have one that is valid here under the current civil code. This is particularly an issue for those that are resident here and may have property and assets in other countries which, if it is not realised, would also be subject to Czech inheritance rules.
